Needed to replace a broken bathroom window (double, frosted). Came across The Glass Guru and quote was competitive and customer service was prompt and timely. The technician, Chris was able to replace our window within the timeline quoted and install was quick and appreciated. I wanted 2 panes replaced in a bow window. I called the Glass Guru and Chris came to my home within a day and gave a competitive estimate on the spot. I decided to go with him as he was very honest, took the time to look and measure properly. A few competitors simply asked for pictures and did the estimate that way. I am so happy with the results,it makes the bow window look like brand new. He was very tidy, efficient and even made sure the windows were sparkling afterward. Highly recommended.
I contacted Chris through his website and within an hour he called me back and booked an appointment to come to my house the same day. He measured the six window glass that I needed replacing and wrote up a fair and competitive estimate on the spot. He ordered the glass and booked an install date for a week after. Professional installation, courteous and prompt service, fair price. Works for me!
Glass Guru replaced all the windows in my house about 2 years ago, up and down. Too many issues to list here. Majority of the openings were damaged from the installation. I was left having to repair the corner beads and mud, and re-paint almost every room in the house. Screens fell out and broke, I was told to bend it back in to shape. They also were written on with a sharpie. Some screws prevent the screens from closing properly, and my blinds also don't fit any more.
