Jacob completed some excellent work in caulking/sealing our older single-pane windows to insure a good barrier to moisture. He carefully masked each individual pane (36 of these on an earlier visit, another 36 on this visit) and applied a professional, workmanlike caulk seal. The Glass Guru is a great company because of great workers like Jacob - we give them the highest recommendation!
Very communicative and professional. Pricing was fair and the product was good.
Although there was a miscue on the order from their vendor the work was done well and looks good. The staff at all levels is friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you
