I will never use Glass Guru again. I placed an order for a replacement panel the first week of June and was told that this would be replaced in 3 weeks. This never happened, and after multiple phone calls not returned, the finally came out 6 weeks later. When installing the replacement pane, the installers broke the new glass panel, so this had to be reordered again. Your crew replaced the thermo-paned glass in our great room window today. This window is 19 years old and is a focal point of the first floor. Your crew did an excellent job. They were clean, efficient, and friendly. And they were able to remove the old glass without cutting it's frame. Our window looks as good as new! Thank you so much. We will recommend you everywhere.
