The reason they don’t show pics of the dog “park” and basketball court...rim broke, no net and the dog 10x10 is not what you expect. Was charged 125 for a late fee, cause I was paying on the 6th, the first was Thursday. On that Monday I was charged. Plus, you can pay online until the 6th, then they make you get a money gram?! Just to make it more inconvenient

We do have pictures posted of our dog park and do wish we had space for a larger dog park but in order to do that we would have to take out the basketball court. Unfortunately, it has been difficult to find a replacement rim for our current basketball goal but we are expecting the replacement rim and net to come in later this month so that it can be installed. BEWARE!! This complex will nickel and dime you for everything! Definitely not worth the expensive prices they charge. We had a huge roach problem the majority of the time we lived there despite paying monthly pest control fees. When we moved out, they charged us $50 to clean the microwave, the stove, and to take down a shower curtain! Truly felt they took advantage of us. Would have rented elsewhere if I could go back. If you want to pay over $1100 in rent to live in a place that presents itself to be nice and a wonderful place to live but has trash constantly flowing out of the dumpster and your apartment has black mold being pushed through the air vents and for how long no one knows-it was in a locked room that only maintenance staff has access too. Thank You Glen at Alexander for all the health issues we have now!
