One of the drivers switched there lane right in front of me on the 401. Not a big deal because I thought the driver was about to say sorry but no. Instead I got multiple middle fingers. For what??? Get your drivers under control!
Drivers of this company's vehicles have been parking/idling on pedestrian pathways in Ottawa's Westboro neighbourhood, making the pathway unsafe for walkers, children, and cyclists. Unacceptable, when there's plenty of street parking. Would not hire this company for anything, based on their lack of respect for the communities in which they work.
Doris took my call and was pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone. Robert and John we're great. Good sense of humour and hard working. I'll be calling Graff in the future for saw cutting.
07/21/2019 401 east bound around 6:15am was cut off by one of your company trucks. I'm a truck driver as well and was disappointed by this, traffic was really light. Professionalism carries on throughout the day after the worksite, as long as you are driving a company vehicle.
I've used Graff for some x-ray and core drilling. Excellent service and they left my jobsite spotless after each job. Very professional and helpful technicians and core drillers. Can't say enough good about them.
