I found The Graphic Edge as my local business didn't need my business, I had an order in for 32 UA shirts for my business JD Tile. After several attempts I gave up as they said they had bigger orders more important, the order had been submitted with them. I searched the internet and found someone who could deliver. Instead of only getting 4 colors I ended up with about 10. The design was perfect. Ended up with about 70 shirts, more colors, more choices, great customer service! We had ordered a shirt that had come with a blemish on the sleeve. I called The Graphic Edge and they replaced and sent a new shirt to our house. No questions asked. Great customer service!

I have used the graphic edge for years and they always come through. Easy to work with and stand behind their products. In the last 2 years we have also worked with our new rep, Calvin Mathews and he has done an outstanding job with all our needs.
This place has been amazing to work with. I called them late last week, asking them to design and personalize shirts for the parents of our school's new rugby club. I was in Texas at the time, trying to coordinate orders, personalization, and payment. Though it all, the staff was patient and accommodating. They even added to the order the day before I picked up the shirts. I enjoy using The Graphic Edge. I have used them for multiple dodgeball jersey orders and they've been willing to accept directions that aren't regular. They helped me bump up an order a couple of days because of a last second purchase. They even updated the types of numbers and lettering that you can put on a jersey on the design screen after we asked if they could do that. Customer service was friendly and responsive.
