I have been a member for 2 1/2 years. They put a big sign in the lobby late last year. It listed all these reasons why MMJ patients should renew their cards in spite of the rec. legalization. In January it became legal and the Green Solution has shown itself to care about profits instead of patients. They ran out of medical flower the first week. I have been a member for 3 or 4 years. I use to love the products, the people were friendly and organized. Since they went recreational, the service sucks, unprofessional, don't care about their patients, and they never have any product. Call ahead orders are even a joke. You're on hold forever or can't get through at all. I was put on hold for over 30 min and they said my call can't go through because the amount of calls. The layout is bad now. GS medical has been transformed to recreational. Higher donations,inadequate stock,waiting in line for unreasonable time periods and poor customer service.after being their customer since they originally opened,I'm changing caregivers.
I would recommend not going here!!! This place use to be great now they suck!! Ever since they started selling recreational it is a waste of time. If you don't do a call ahead you have to wait in a huge line and if you try to call in a call ahead they don't answer the phone. also they only have 6 strains for medical now. Don't waste your time find somewhere else
I purchased the Atmos bullet vap less than a month ago at Green Solution at the suggestion of the bud tenders. They told me how great it is. I have had to have more than half a dozen chargers replaced. Now I can't charge it at all, none of the 3 chargers I have work. Green Solution tells me that I must contact Atmos and purchase more chargers that don't work for a product that is worthless because it can't be charged. I have been coming to TGS Northglenn for over a year now and I must say, despite the growth of the company, this location has become more of a let down. All of the people that made this store what it was are gone and they've been replaced with subpar bud tenders. The buds are pretty good for the price but a lot of times they are too wet or too fluffy and airy.
