The staff is really friendly. I spent top dollar on a caviar joint. It didn’t burn right couldn’t get clean big hits on it. I used the 30 day return policy with receipt and they helped me find an exchange. I got the 24k joint at 50% off. At least they honored their policy for a product that was slightly used but defective. I just smoked the contents of the caviar in a pipe and I got a little something out of it. I felt like most of the caviar dip just burned off the tip since it wouldn’t pull.
