RecommendedThe amenities, location, and size and layout of the apartments are a great value for the money! I rarely have maintenance requests but they always show up within 24 hours. I’ve done lots of shopping around and continue to renew my lease here. I’ve been here for two years now and plan to stay at least a couple more. RecommendedMy wife and I have lived here for about a month now. It has exceeded our expectations. I literally feel like when I get home from work that I’m staying in a really nice resort. It’s unbelievable how nice this place is. All of the staff is extremely helpful and so so nice! We love living here! I love telling people where we live. The staff is so amazing. Coming from what we dealt with at our old place, it’s something to laugh about. More communities should model their employees off of the Greyson’s.

RecommendedWe moved into the Greyson a week ago and have found the place to be very nice with amazing staff. The office staff and maintenance crew have been extremely friendly and accommodating to our every request. The perks here are great: pool, grills, gym, and so much more. It's been peaceful at night, yet there is a nice energy during the day with people enjoying the common spaces. There is also a fantastic library right next door, which is a huge plus for my family.

RecommendedThe Greyson is a gorgeous complex with a resort like feel, at a location that has everything you need within a couple miles. The management is friendly, super accommodating, and have gone above and beyond all my expectations. I moved to The Greyson specifically for the fact that Josh and Seth were on the management staff.
