My 9 year old daughter had her first filling today. Jamie did a great job explaining what was going to happen with the gel and her shot. Amanda took over and did a great job as well explaining the entire process - showing her what each instrument was and how it wasn't going to be painful. Dr. Simone talked with my daughter to relax her before he started "drilling" to prepare the tooth for the filling. They all made sure she was comfortable throughout the whole process.
