This is like 5 yr olds learning to drive. This is where highly inexperienced, perhaps not even licensed children learn to experiment with real peoples hair. They made a mess of my hair, they tried to fix it, at a financial cost to me, and only made the color & cut worse. They are over priced, rip off. They cancel appointments with no notice. If they knew they were closing the esthetician portion then they should have been proactive and let guests know. It is an extremely poor way to do business!
