I normally love habit burger but this location is a disgrace... The bun was very old/stale/hard, the meat was overcooked and flavorless and there was no sauce... I wish I took it back but I wasn't going to walk all the way back there from my room...

What are great addition to the food choices to the newly remolded food court, restaurant area! The Row seems to have something for everyone. I didn't want to mess up my dinner later so I ordered the single char with onion rings and a cup of water. Everything tasted great, the onion rings were very crispy! Dip them puppies in ranch dressing and I'm on the moon! All the employees were doing something which was great. My husband enjoyed the burger, my salad was not great. I added tuna and quinoa but there was barely any quinoa on it at all, for the extra price it was disappointing. Was mainly lettuce and wods of dressing. For the same price I could have got the 'all you can eat' buffet over the road.

Food was cold, received the wrong burger, my brother's meal was cold as well. Staff didn't seem to care, Manager totally unhelpful. Don't know if it is worth the headache and the cold food. What a shame, first experience was a decent one, that is why I came back. I won't again.

Burgers can be hit or miss here. Staff are friendly and helpful to make suggestions on wha to order. The lines can get super long at times too.
A very rude staff members. I was in line at 9:58 pm just few minutes before closing. And the staff members have the audioicy to tell me thy are now closed. What kind of place tells a customer they are closed if they showed up 2 minutes prior closing and I'm already inline. They can't even take 1 more customer. I'm disappointed with the treatment I get. The best tasting burgers, great shakes, fast service, $25.00 for two , worth the money
I'd heard that the Habit Burger Grill is a reliable, solid chain restaurant where you can get a pretty decent burger, so my friend and I decided to check it out one night for an early dinner. Styling ourselves foodies, we did what a pair of foodies do - we ordered enough food for two and shared everything. Specifically, we got the Portabella Char and the #1 Char Burger. In Reno for training/conference and needed something quick. I was pleasantly surprised by the service from the staff. The burger lived up to what I would want. It was charbroiled to perfection and was a fair portion. I'm here for a week and will definitely be back. Oh by the way the fries were pretty good and you got a super-sized portion.
