I had a quick experience with this habit burger. The fries were sad and soggy and my burger was both hot and cold. For a cheap price I personally didn't mind. UNTIL my boyfriend got ketchup and saw the manager Rebecca screaming at her coworker. She was cursing at him and shaming him AS A PERSON, not his work ethic, him himself. This is no way to treat anyone who works with you, manager or not. Fix your customer service.

I got the double Burger meal. The fries were super salty. The burger was not good. After I got the burger which was so expensive. I threw up not worth your money. do not waste your money here.

As we walked up the counter, employees were standing nearby wait for customers/orders. We placed our order. 2 adults and 2 kids totaled $123.00. As we wait we go to a table and the table hadnt been wiped/cleaned. We wipe it ourselves. We go to get drinks are there is garbage everywhere in front of napkin and ketchup dispenser. Ordered just after 8:00 on a Monday night . After I ordered I noticed the cashier ran over and shut the gates so no one else could come in. When my food came up shortly after I asked for a cup of water. She refused and said she couldn't do that I have to buy a bottle. eventually someone came from behind her and gave me a cup for water. Ordered 2 number 1 meals which were cheeseburgers with fries and drins. Burger cooked well fries crispy and the soda not too bad. Order came out within 5 min of ordering. Food was good but for over $30 for 2 meals a bit over priced. Very loud given it's a food court. Definitely not worth the price.

Went through the drive thru. Quick service! Our Lettuce Wrapped Burgers were amazing! We skipped the added sauces and asked for a couple sides of their homemade Ranch dressing. *Chefs Kiss* So good!! Thank you The Habit, Reno! Affordable and delicious!!

Extremely overpriced within the casino. Lines are crazy long if you wanted to order and it takes forever to get your food. They let the fries sit out and so when you get them, it's completely cold. I literally saw my fries. Sit there for 10 minutes until the man handed them to me and I tried it and then I said it's cold so then he tossed them and gave me a new one, but he kept the rest of them there so if you don't check ahead of time they'll still give you cold fries.
