I understand people make mistakes but they should fix them. My delivery order was incomplete. And instead of fixing it, they told me I had to fix it.... They told me I had to drive down to there place to get the rest of my order that was supposed to be delivered.

I was one of two customers in the store when I ordered my food... Took at least 20 minutes to get my order. The fries were sitting in an open shelf (no heat lamps) while my burger was cooking. I asked for fresh fries and the counter girl threw the old ones in the trash and told the cook to make some fresh. Now my burger is up on the shelf and I'm waiting for the fries. Unacceptable. Friendly and helpful counter person, however she was wearing a marijuana related sweatshirt. The burger was a bit dry. The fries were hot and delicious.

Pretty good Habit Burger, chain is hanging in there for quality despite being bought out by Yum Brands. The big trick here is the burgers by themselves are only like $1 more than at a normal location, but they nail you on the fries and soda, you can get a double burger for like 7 bucks but get it in the combo and it shoots all the way up to like $17. Also other downside is it seems to be closed entirely on Tue-Wed and only open for supper the other weekdays. Place gives and takes Caesars Rewards points though and AFAIK it's ... read more

Nothing to rave about here. The punch was sickeningly sweet, totally undrinkable. I chucked it. The burger didn't have EVERYTHING as I requested, and was not particularly hot. I counted 13 employees, some not doing anything, yet still the floors were a mess and the tables were dirty. A horrible value for $20. As per my personal policy I have added a star since the review was answered by corporate.

Always hot and fresh. Made just how I ask for it. Shakes are delicious too. Employees are warm and friendly. Love the fries and onion rings. They always have big crowds but the place is always inviting and clean.

We waited two hours for this place to open even though we hadn't eaten all day bc we really wanted to try it. I got the veggie burger on sourdough and it was amazing. Fries were perfect. Sitting at a different restaurant the next day, my partner said "I want another one of those burgers." Highly recommend!

So yummy great service! I love the fact they are so consistent with their burgers I always get the same thing and it's so fresh! I love coming here good pricing and worth the effort!
