At just seven or eight years old, Dr. Harte was an aspiring medical doctor. Sitting in front of the television watching medical shows with a notebook and medical dictionary in hand, he was certain of his future career path. Just before he began college pre-med, he started working as a hospital orderly where his back was severely injured. After visiting an orthopedist who soon became his hero, he learned there was no immediate solution, was prescribed strong pain medication, and was told he would be back at 30 or 40 years of age for a total lumbar fusion.

I considered myself 'healthy' yet saw Dr. ********************** for prophylactic reasons. Dr. ********************** did a full examination including balance and flexibility tests as well as X-rays and what he showed me was eye-opening. Yes, I am 'healthy,' but that is a relative term. Although I am not (yet) showing symptoms of an 'unhealthy' person, Dr. ********************** showed me conditions that eventually would deteriorate to the point they would negatively impact my ability to enjoy life so I became a member of his practice. One thing I discovered quickly is his practice is different in a good way. Dr. ********************** is willing to take time to explain things in detail, he doesn't promise miracle cures, and he encourages his clients to talk with one another ... and what I learned from the other clients was eye-opening. The adjustments Dr. ********************** makes to one's body don't only address joint pain, they alleviated one client's migraines, another person's severe allergies, and a third person's depression. About COVID, it is true Dr. ********************** is not vaccinated and doesn't wear a mask, however, so are the vast majority of humans on this planet and yet you don't read about bodies piling up in the streets of Africa, ********, **********, South America, or *********. Meanwhile, ************** has admitted the types of masks most people wear reduce the probability of contracting COVID only by 1% to 2%. More to the point, if Dr. ********************** were to become sick with any form of communicable disease, he would cancel his appointments and stay home just as any considerate person would do if he or she became sick. Hello, I am a 75 year old retired Naval Aviator and corporate jet pilot and
lifetime multi-sport athlete. Skeptical of chiropractic I resisted going when
my wife of 54 years set up an appointment for us with Dr Harte. After my
first adjustment I felt more at ease and with clarity of mind when leaving the
appointment.
After serval months of adjustments several times per week here are a few
specific results:
1. Mentally quicker and with more clarity
2. Stronger and more relaxed when riding my racing bicycle which was also
noted by my cycling friends.
3. More flexible in body and without muscle stretching which I did not think
was possible.
4. Music note sight reading while playing accordion flows easier and better
coordinated with hands. Overall playing improved.
5. Increased situational awareness while flying and elsewhere.
Overall feel easily 20 years younger preforming better physically and
mentally. More effective decision making. It has been a revolution. Dr Harte
is an excellent teacher and explains his work and process. Learned a lot
about chiropractic and how the human body works even after 50+ years of
our own study and practice of health, nutrition and sports training. Dr Harte
is a congenial and happy guy. We enjoy going to our adjustment visits.

I am a Professor ********from the ********** ** **********, *****, where I performed research, doctoral dissertation supervision, and classroom instruction since 1972, almost 50 years ago. My training and my ongoing R&D and technical writing are all based in mathematics, science, and engineering. So, my remarks below about my impressions of *** *******practice of Chiropractic should be taken at face value--as credible in the world of science. My knowledge of *** *******clinical practice comes through the chiropractic care that I have received and continue to receive from him, and from reading his educational writings and the research references therein.
Chiropractic is the reduction and even elimination of interference (called subluxation) with the communication between the nervous system and the rest of the body by adjustment of the vertebra in the spine. Your nervous system runs everything in your body. The health and functioning of every organ in the body is crucially dependent on its interaction with the brain through the nervous system. It logically follows that any interference with nerve signals by which the brain and other organs interact can and will degrade health. When interference exists, whether or not pain is felt, disease (think dis-ease) occurs. Gentle, scientifically guided chiropractic adjustments to the spine can reduce such interference and thereby allow your body to heal itself.
*** *****, an unusually capable and effective Chiropractor, through many years of study and clinical practice, formulated his own unique blend of chiropractic techniques for adjusting the spine. And he uses scientifically-based (objective) quantitative metrics to monitor his practice members’ progress toward better health. He understands that health is not achieved from the Outside-In with 1) unnatural chemicals and compounds of ingredients called pharmaceuticals injected through the skin or taken orally, and 2) invasive surgeries; he understands that good health comes from only the Inside-Out, by maintaining the health of the neural communication channel (the spine) between the brain and all the body’s organs.
This essence of *** *******clinical practice is, sadly, not adequately recognized or used as a basis for healthcare by the great majority of conventional healthcare practitioners of what is called ******* ********, the core of medical practice in the ****** ******and elsewhere in the world. In fact, a great many practitioners with the title Chiropractor also do not understand or use the knowledge that forms the basis for *** *******practice.
This bright hardworking man who has dedicated his life to helping people improve and maintain health is to be congratulated and even honored for his dedication and success in healthcare.

Dr. Harte is all about healthy as we can be and self-care. That's real chiropractic which allows our bodies to heal themselves from inside to outside and top down by freeing the nervous system and circulatory system from pressures due to misaligned vertebrae (i.e. subluxation). He is caring, kind, funny, and yes, outspoken (that's his prerogative, plus he's a New Yorker). I feel safe in his office and never hear complaints, in fact, the opposite. Patients choose to wear, or not wear, masks, once through his portal. We respectfully keep our spaces, and no one has covid-19. No one seems to have colds. I started going back to his practice fall of 2019, and I have not had a cold since. I highly recommend Dr. Harte. His practices will help all kinds of issues in the body way beyond back pain. Straight forward, no gimmicks, in a positive atmosphere filled with peace, humor and great eclectic music!

He's the most sensible and enlightened chiropractor I've ever known. His results are sometimes instant, but improvement overall is my experience - this after years of cortisone shots in my lower spine and that area only one of many being addressed by Dr. Harte. I'm sleeping better and have more energy and less pain. His take on Vertical Subluxation makes sense, as does his no opiods or drugs approach. DO read his materials and think for yourself - the mind is a powerful tool.

*** ***** is by far the most effective, the best chiropractor I have experienced in my life. I am 72 years old, and I’ve been going to chiropractors since I was 25. They have helped me over the years, but nothing in the arena of what *** ***** is able to achieve. He calls himself a “straight“ chiropractor. He is truly an artist. He feels the bottom of your feet and from that he is able to determine what part of your body is needing to be adjusted. He does a very specific targeted Adjustment to the areas that need it. And if you are having particular symptoms and problems, he can often adjust based on what you’ve told him. I brought him a problem in my left heel that had been persistent for a couple of years and my previous chiropractors had not been able to cause it to go away. It had reached the point where I felt like it might cripple me with the pain. After many adjustments that did not correct it, he started digging into his very extensive library and was able to come up with a solution which involved my hip on the opposite side of where the heel problem was! And that is only one (actually very minor) of my problems which he was able to address so that my innate intelligence was able to bring healing to my body. I no longer have to take thyroid medicine for my Hashimoto’s. I got off of the medication under the oversight of my MD. The numbness and tingling that was constant in my hands that had been with me for almost 10 years is no longer a problem. My hot flashes had gone on and on for more than a decade, and they are reduced to almost nothing. They used to be ferocious and at least 15 of them a day. Now if I get any in a day it’s one or two & they are much milder. *** ***** is so worth going to!

If you want to get better, this is the place to go. He understands the whole person, adjusts based on what is needed today, and whatever is going wrong with you will be improved and possibly get all the way better.

There are very few reasons that I regret leaving CA, but Dr Harte is definitely one of them. I have yet to find a chiropractor that has his expertise and process. The plan he created for me stopped my headaches, which I suffered from daily, and helped reduce the severity of my allergies. If he was in FL, I would be an active patient again. Even my kids miss Dr Turtle and remember his turtle adjustment table. I highly recommend him.
