Verified Renter New Management has made some great changes. Enforcing the cleanliness ( pick up after your pets) and uniformity of the premises. installation of fire safety equipment over the stove. brining the community together by organizing social events ( pizza party and breakfast on the go). Work orders are completed promptly.

Verified Renter Apartment on the inside is nice! Maintenance is quick. Location is good, convenient to highway. Does smell like marijuana in the hallways at times.

Verified Renter First couple days here everything has been ok but there was an issue with my keys on move in date which delayed my moving process. I also have been having a hard time with finding a parking spot so now I will need to pay extra for a carport.

Verified Renter Nice friendly staff. Great gym. Great location literally close to shopping and highway access. It’s quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Only issue is parking some nights. Other than that. It’s been great!

Verified Renter The leasing team is great! Good response time and wonderful at answering all of our questions. Lauri was our leasing agent and we really enjoyed working with her! The mobile version of the website is a little glitch-y and makes it hard to do certain things like the application, but the rest of the technology access and specialty apps available are really cool and work great so far.
