My recent home inspection with Gary was a very positive experience. On short notice we were able to schedule him. The work is very thorough and well documented. His experience left me feeling confident that I was well informed about my investment.

Gary and his team are quick to respond when trying to schedule an inspection, arrive on time( even a bit early), are friendly/personable, are thorough with the inspection and explanations of what they see or found, also offer advise on what could be done, and the reports are completed and delivered quickly. If you’re looking for a great inspector, make sure you call Gary! He does inspections on properties I am purchasing but also on the properties my clients are purchasing!
