When we entered the facility, Tristan met us and our foxhound, Sheldon. She immediately called him by name even though she had never met him. Sheldon was there for a temperance visit. Fortunately he passed! When we picked him up 3 hrs later, Tristan answered all our questions about future visits and tips on puppy behavior. Sheldon must have enjoyed himself because he has been asleep since arriving home. We’ll be back.
This is the absolute best doggie daycare in Charleston. They take such good care of my dog. He absolutely loves being there. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

We love The Island Pawplex and so does our pup! He goes everyday while we work and has a blast. He has also been boarded a handful of times and we know he is safe and happy while we are away! All of the staff are AMAZING! They are friendly, honest, and most importantly they love our puppy! We are so thankful to have found The Island Pawplex!
One of my biggest concerns moving to Daniel Island was where would my fur babies stay when we go out of town. I loved my kennel in PA that I used for the last 15 years. And of course we were leaving town within a month of moving here. Olly and Teddy were welcomed and cared for above my expectations ! Seeing pictures through out their stay brightened my day and being able to use the cameras was awesome! Highly recommend. Clean facility and attentive staff. Piper loved her stay there and it was nice seeing on camera her having fun, also love the pictures they take of all the pups!
