Very easy streamlined process.
Very excellent communication throughout the entire process as well as getting us in to close early! This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with the John Chavez Team and everyone is amazing!

John is a pro in refi, per my book. He was always available to answer any questions/concerns of his client. Overall, His staff was good but not great. Communicating to them were not as easy.
