Communication, did everything to get things done
I wasn't sure we would qualify, and at first we did not. But John is knowledgeable and was able to get us where we needed to be.
John was a great source of knowledge, and knows his field. He was able to help us overcome the challenges that came up in during the process. He is patient and advocates for his clients. He made us feel important.

John and his team were so knowledgeable regarding our loan; aka..what was needed and if you could qualify or not. My wife and I have never seen or heard of such a competent company as VIP and we have been around. We loved the way our email and documents were sent secure. We as christian know that God was working for us also but He needed that human (John Chavez) to be His vessel. We give John and his team (Yassman), etc., an A+. Throughout the entire process there was clear communication and regular updates. Janeth was such an amazing help and was always available to answer any question I had. Overall an amazing experience from beginning to end!
