Lived here for 5 months. Most of the time 1-2 elevators not working. Bike store not available. No place to store bikes. Parking is a disaster. Practically no guest parking. And for residents almost 2/3 the garage is reserved parking that you have to pay extra for. I live in a two bedroom and pay over 3k a month. I should have a reserved spot and not have to pay extra. Beautiful, but as vapid as the souls of the administrators and staff who work here. Guests are an inconvenience in their days of loitering and joy. Maintenance is impossible. Every problem is retroactively your fault. Cannot return phone calls for several days, and always with an air of frustration and disgust that they were forced to work on one of their seven days off.
Treat the renters better.
