We have had the pleasure of working with Kelly Marsh and her staff three times. First when we purchased our home and two more times to refinance our loan as the interest rates dropped. Kelly and her staff are awesome! Their communication of time lines is excellent!

We had a crazy adventure with our refinance. We started in early 2020 before COVID was an issue, and then days before close, Wells Fargo withdrew from the jumbo mortgage market, killing our deal. Cornerstone saved the day with a pivot to a conventional home loan and a second. Even though topsy-turvy, we got a great rate and payment security for the next thirty years. We really appreciate CHL's professionalism and tenacity in a difficult market. You can trust them to work hard for you!
