So my experience has been amazing! Clean car! Nice people but specifically John Frank made every accommodation and met every expectation. He never buffered always had a straight answer and I had no surprises. I even had mentioned 24 hours after my purchase my brake light went out and he offered to rectify it the same day I told him during business hours! After going to several different places and wasting my time I came here and they were very respectful,nice, didn’t treat me as “less than” due to my credit and jumped on the ball. So after about a year of being turned down for a ride Joel went above and beyond and got me taken care of! Would definitely recommend THE KEY CARS to anyone that has ever struggled to be approved! This is the first time I have ever came in and got the vehicle I chose prior to going into a dealership!
I went 7 months without a vehicle, terrible credit with a closed and dismissed bankruptcy on file, not a lot of money on hand, paying $50/day for uber rides back and forth to work. The process of picking out a car was great because we weren’t stalked by a salesperson. After making our selection we went inside and asked to test drive it. First we filled out applications, which was computerized and simple. While we were test driving, our salesman and Finance evaluated our trade-in and had all the paperwork ready to sign when we returned. First off, I had the most fun time at a car dealership that I've ever had in my life. My dealer name was Noah and from the time I ever talked to him on the phone I knew that he was like super cool. Super down laid back. Super chilled wasn't too much but just enough to make you think he made it so easy for me that I literally felt all I had to do was show up.
