"Great bunch of people. " The reason I'm rating Lakehead 5 stars is because of the friendly great service I received from the staff there. Doug Boardman and Anna Seabrooke worked hard to get me what I was looking for even taking care of business on a day off. Also the condition of the used Ram I purchased was showroom condition. 5 stars for the detail people too!

"Glad I upgraded" While my 2012 Ram was in for warranty work, they offered to get me into a brand new one for almost the same payments. Gave me over $13,000 off on a new truck and enough on trade for my old one to pay it off. Sales staff handled everything for me while I was at work and out of cell service for two weeks and had my new truck ready for me when I got home
"Excellent customer service" I found Nick to be very approachable and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Micheal was very helpful in making sure that everyone was looking after our best interests. All the staff were very accommodating when trying to process this deal. Thank you very much.
"Made sense" Stopped in at Lakehead Motors August 2/2016 to see what i could do on a trade (2012 ram). Within minutes Paul (management) set me up with Nick F. (Sales). "Excellent Customer Service" It was great to see a friendly face when I walked in the showroom. I was looking for a vehicle but didn't know exactly what kind. "Amazingly friendly Service with Smiles & Giggles😊" We had the best service at Lake head motors!Thank you so much to Allie Budner, she was very professional, she allowed us to look at many second hand vehicles, until we found something to fit our needs!!! "Charger " Just shopping around a couple of weeks ago, stopped in to see if any Chargers were on site. No such luck, but there were two on there way someplace, looked over the spec sheets during the weekend on both and with a little prodding from Taki decided on the Charger R/T. Still had to wait for it to arrive and was a little concerned about the color, but after it arrived and I saw it, I was very satisfied. Overall a nice transaction. Jim Pudas
