Great place to live, very quiet, well maintained
I've been a resident at The Landings for 2 years and the office staff is great. The apartments are beyond spacious and it's in a great area!
I lived there for a year and a half. The Management staff was exceptional and caring. The Maintenance team was very kind and considerate. Always there when needed. I felt very safe and secure in my apartment. Was sorry when I had to leave the community. I made some very great friends there. Very well kept and safe community.
I moved from another apartment complex in Clifton Park to The Landings due to a sewage issue. Jessica made the application process very easy. My move in date was also a breeze. So far, no issues. If i have a maintenance issue, they come right away to fix. My dog loves the apartment complex and has already made a few friends. Neighbors are sweet. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants more of a luxury apartment with plenty of space and a nice quiet environment.

I have lived at the Landings for over 6 years now and have not had one problem with staff or conditions. Everyone in the office and maintenance department are very helpful, the property is kept up and My 95 year old mother and I have been treated with nothing but respect from the staff! I would recommend it!
