I told them i had an allergic reaction last time i got lashes and they said they would use latex free tape and sensitive glue. i felt pressured. well not even 24 hours later i got an infection. i called them and they want to dye and curl up my lashes. Ha how one eye has few lashes and the other doesn't. No thank you. I just want a refund because I didn't even have them on for 24 hours. The customer service when I called was not helpful and I'm still waiting for the owner to call me.

Because you told us you’d had a reaction at another salon, we made sure to use sensitive glue and also did not use the gel pads to see if that would help. There was a post about a free service being offered for models needed. I did my thing over TWO months ago. I called today because I was NEVER called or told anything, said I would have to pay $99 or $109. Zulma, we apologize we could not get you in as a free model. Unfortunately, we had too many people sign up for this offer and we filled all our spots much faster than we anticipated.
