The entire staff was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend the Ontario office and the LASIK procedure to anyone looking to get rid of their glasses. I was afraid they might try to up-sell or try hard to push unnecessary services, which they did not. They did offer additional services (i.e. warranty, punctual plug), but when I declined, they were NOT pushy at all. I went in today for a consultation. Claudia was so nice and easy to talk with, And If it wasn't for her taking her time going over the payments and the actual procedure I probably wouldn't be getting my prk surgery done on Saturday. thanks girl !
