Wow, what an amazing experience. I have not had the surgery yet, but the initial consultation was fantastic. The staff was so friendly, personable and professional. They address you by your first name, joke to ease your nerves and take the time to explain every detail of the process. I would highly recommend this service to anyone and will complete another survey once I have the surgery. Thank you guys for an amazing experience. Looking forward to the procedure in March.
The staff at this particular location were absolutely amazing! They explained everything in detail and made sure you understood exactly how the procedure would go. They are so friendly and personable; they often greeted their patients by first name as soon as they walked through the door. Having your eyes operated on is a very scary concept, but this place helps you to feel relaxed throughout the entire process.
Wow the experience was amazing, the staff so so friendly, the doctor make you feel so comfortable and not nervous at all. I would recommend to any one thinking of get Lasik done.
This was an easy, Great experience. So glad I decided to get this done. The team was fast, and they would do anything and everything to make sure you had the best treatment . And to make sure you had all the knowledge for how it’s going to be done and what it takes. Honestly the surgery was so exciting nothing hurts nothing to long 10 seconds each eye and you are done!! If you are thinking about it just do it! I came in with horrible sight and astigmatism and now I have not only 20/20 but 20/15 vision
I went for my PRK surgery 6 months ago. I used to be 20/1000 in both eyes and now am 20/20! I've worn glasses and hard contacts since I was in 3rd grade and was afraid I wouldn't be able to have this done. I also had a very bad astigmatism. The first 2 weeks are rough after PRK but if you can get through it then the rest is a breeze. The staff and Drs. were ALWAYS friendly and I recommend them to anyone that asks. About a month or so ago I went to LVI for just a consultation to see what would be the process and cost for surgery. Worried about the cost, I thought I had to pay everything out of pocket at 1 shot and I thought inwas never going to be able to get surgery. Well thanks to everyone at LVI, I was able to get financing and just had my surgery yesterday morning! Wow! Don't know why I waited so long to have Lasik! I only had to have one eye done to give me close up and faraway 20/20 vision. The procedure was quick and painless. I had a slight dull ache behind my eye after the procedure but it was gone by that evening. Will recommend to all my friends! ( I used a groupon and got a discount!)
