Worst experience ever! They asked me to move my time from 12:30 to 11. Had me wait for over an hour. When I asked a nurse where I am on the waiting list. She said she would go check and let me know. She never did. I then asked the receptionist 10mins after, she said I was next in line. That was 10-15mins ago!!! Mind you, I’ve already accommodated them by moving my appointment time to an earlier time slot! Worst service ever! Will not be coming back!!!
We had a 2 pm apt. It was on a Saturday so therefore the only place open in the building besides Ditkas. We park in the parking garage, not knowing that most of the building was closed and all of the doors to lead us to the elevators for the institute were locked. Had to call and the receptionist came to get us. I left since it was going to be such a long wait to do some shopping and had to enter thru the restaurant every time after. Vision is great after surgery, secretary is wonderful, but staff is literally SLOW AS MOLASSES. Expect to wait here 1-2 hours after appointment time before being seen. The most unbelievably long wait time Iv ever experienced, every single appointment.
