Recommendedi had a very pleasant experience. I was there for a consultation. I had the pleasure of meeting the surgeon and he shared he had lasik surgery in 1997 with no problems and things are better improved from way back then. The optometrist was very good as well. The prescription settled with should address my near and far vision. Everyone was friendly and professional. My experience was very pleasant. Thanks you Lasik.
RecommendedEvery staff member was very friendly and was knowledgeable about the entire process. (Monica at the Oak Brook location is especially friendly and you can tell she loves her job!). My only gripe is that there was a miscommunication about the price and was quoted one thing (with Groupon price match, etc), and the day of surgery had to pay significantly more than I had expected to. RecommendedThis location is great. The staff was very friendly. Every step of the way was explained to me. Once it was finally my turn in the chair I was in and out took about 10mins and the surgeon talked me through everything he was doing. I had no pain or discomfort after the procedure and the next day for my follow up I had 20/20 vision. Could not be happier with my results.
RecommendedThis location has the best staff! They were friendly, welcoming, thorough and informative. For a procedure that can be intimidating, everyone here made me feel at ease and I’m so grateful! I had surgery the day after coming in for my free consultation & it’s the best decision I ever made... also the best money I’ve ever spent! Don’t think about it. Just do it. Thanks to the Tinley Park team, I have BETTER than 20/20 vision! I highly recommend!

RecommendedHad a good experience, staff nice and knowledgeable. Surgeon is amazing! Very nice, explained the entire process and made sure I had no questions before starting. Took about 10 minutes once I was finally in the chair. The only suggestion I would give on how to improve anything would be to figure out a better patient/office flow. Lots of different people meet, examine, and talk with you. If this could be streamlined it would save a good deal of waiting time.
