RecommendedFrom day one I was pleased. Shavon made my first visit a visit to remember. The staff is professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very informative. Dr I really helped ease my anxiety. He explained everything that was going to happen and during the surgery he explained everything that was happening. Ne helped me relax and is crazy at what he does. I will most definatly be referring people to the Metairoe location.
The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Dr. Insler was very good and the surgery was super quick and painless. I was so nervous prior to the surgery and everyone was very reassuring and helped me calm down before and during the surgery. My vision was clear that very evening. And I just left my post op follow up visit and my vision was perfect according to Dr. Dicarlo! I highly recommend LVI to anyone that wants to be contacts and glasses free!!
The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They all made me feel comfortable with my decision. Everything was explained in detail. The surgeon asked to pray with me before the procedure, which made me even more comfortable. The procedure was quick and literally painless and my sight was great by that evening ( Procedure was done in the morning, and I went to a basketball game the very same evening.).
