Such an amazing staff!!! The best decision I have ever made. I have been wearing glasses for over 22 years... They are gone!!! 20/20 24hrs after surgery and no pain at all!!!. Thank you guys!!!!
Everyone I came in contact with was super knowledgeable and extremely nice. They walked me through each step of the process and was very understanding when I needed to wait a couple months before having the procedure. They could tell I was slightly anxious and literally held my hand during the procedure and talked me through it. I have told all my family and friends about this office and I would do it over again in a heartbeat!
Everyone was super nice during the whole process of the examination and surgery prep, as well as follow-up. The surgeon explained everything that he was doing to try to lessen my anxiety a bit! They've answered any questions I've had with no problems.
Staff very friendly, Dr very kind and very professional. The procedure took ten minutes tops and was painless. Thank you all
I am thoroughly satisfied with my care here! From my evaluation to the surgery and any questions I've had through the whole process this has been amazing! Tanna especially has been great answering all my random questions. The surgery was quick and Dr. Khan talked me through the process. Would do it all again!
UPDATE: they contact me and made sure my eyes were healthy. Offered a different type of plugs to make sure I dont have discomfort from dry eye. I am very satisfied with the new plugs and the customer service. Thank You. I don't trust what they tell me now. I called to tell them I think my punctal plugs fell out. They said come in for recheck if they fell out they can be replaced. I came in nurse said you can't see them and they have no way of telling If they are even there. Hated having someone touch my eyes, but all in all was pretty easy.
Our service from beginning to end has been phenomenal! Tanna was so great to work with. She had the best customer service and so friendly. Thank you all!
Everything about this place is awesome. The doctors, nurses, management, and the receptionists are super friendly and their only concern is to make you feel comfortable with getting perfect vision. Surgery was very quick and painless and now I have 20/15 vision. Even after the surgery the staff has been very helpful with any questions Ive had. Thanks again LVI of Durham you guys rock. Will recommend this place to anyone anytime without hesitation.
