RecommendedI got my lasik surgery there a few days ago. I had a great experience with friendly and experienced staff a very positive environment. The Charlotte location is best. I lost my prescription eye drops and I called the next day and they were very quick to respond and send a prescription right to my pharmacy I did not have to wait they, were right on top it! I cannot emphasize enough how great my experience was like I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
It started with smudged/scratched glasses and ended with 20/20 vision. I really didn’t know sight could be this high definition. Dr. Harlow was completely thorough and Dr. Machat talked me through and counted down the entire procedure which lasted less than 12 mins. I am now 3 days in with no regrets. Highly recommended.
I had my Lasik done last week and can’t say enough about how happy I am with my new 20/20 vision. The staff is all wonderful and the surgeon is amazing. He talked to me the whole entire procedure letting me know everything that was happening and assuring me that all was going well.

This places awesome, super friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting lasik surgery. I went from not being able to see to 20-15 vision in 15 minutes.
All staff members are very kind and professional. They made me feel I was safe and in good hands. I really appreciate what doctor Machat and the lasik vision institute did for me. It’s been 3 days since my surgery and I’m great and enjoying my new vision.
