So I was told I won a free lasik surgery at salisbury pride and I can give it to my wife since she was the runner up and I get there and be told it's just a 1000.00 off and I couldn't give it to my wife... don't tell me one thing and do another after I drove over a hr to the office!!!
My son was getting a procedure done, appt at 10am, arrived early, 10:30 was taken back, with little explanation he waited until 1:45pm for procedure. Originally we were to have procedure done early enough so we could come back that afternoon for the followup so we would not have to make a third hour long trip to Charlotte the same week. Dr did not communicate with him and we left very frustrated because of all this. Very unprofessional! Entered a drawing and was told I won a $1K off procedure. Showed up for my appointment EARLY and the receptionist wanted 2 forms of ID. And one of those forms was to be a credit card. I refused to give them my credit card. After 45 min PAST my appointment time and nobody coming out to apologize for the delay or how much longer it would take..... I left.
