Every staff member was friendly and ready to answer all my questions. They honored discounts that I mentioned, and I never felt pressure to "pull the trigger". The whole process was easy (and boy was I terrified), and completely pain free. I didn't even have the possible dry eye symptoms that they thought I may experience. I am head over heals happy about my new 20/20 vision!!!
The staff was outstanding. Since my procedure was done a week ago each day my sight Gets better .I would recommend lvi to family and friends.
The staff was exceptional! I was there as a chauffeur to one of their patients and they treated me like I was one of their own patients. They went out of their way to make me comfortable while I waited and made sure I had everything I needed or wanted; especially wifi!
I just left the office. The staff was honest enough to say my vision was too good for surgery. Even gave me samples of eye drops. Thanks for your honesty!
I love this place, caring, friendly, and reasonably priced, but yeah you get some of the best lasik around. I had my surgery done in 2015 and had my eyes checked yesterday and I still have 20/15! Best money I ever spent, thanks guys!!!
Great staff!!! They give you a thorough exam and explain every aspect of the procedure. Dr. Oday did my LASIK 14 years ago and I recently had my left eye done again to be corrected for reading. It was nice to wake up the next morning not having to put on my reading glasses. Highly recommended and well worth the money spent.
