RecommendedEvery step of the way, the LASIK Institute took care of me and I couldn’t be happier with my vision following my procedure 2 months ago. RecommendedHave always wanted Lasik and finally took the plunge this year. I would HIGHLY recommend it as well as The Lasik Vision institute. Staff was great, process was easy, Recovery was lightning fast. Dr. Lee was extremely informative and helpful 5 stars all the way around

RecommendedMy experience at LVI was an alright experience. My vision is better than 20/20 so that is what makes it totally worth it. The procedure itself was absolutely terrible. I was able to painfully feel everything that they were doing, the numbing drops did not help very much at all. The doctors moved so fast that it was hard to pay attention and know what was going on which raised a ton of questions and concerns for me during the procedure. DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible service the front desk made an appointment without me fully aware. The docor gave me a surgery date then receptionist told me a different date to come back in. Unresponsible and unprofessional, you get what you pay for then less here. I went with Lasikplus the right choice!
Went in to get my lasik done finally. As she started on my good eye the suction messed up and my eye was able to move instead of holding like planned for this specific procedure, because of this the flap that was created wasn’t where it was supposed to be. It happens she said, but still sucks that i have to undergo the drs visits and maintance for an eye that doesn’t even have lasik in it.
One year and two surgeries later, my vision is substantially worse than when I first saw them. I was told I needed another surgery to correct the previous surgery. Katrina, the office manager, tried to charge me three times the original price. I think it would have been fair to charge the original surgery price, but, if I have to pay three times the original price, I may as well go to someone else.
