Never returned my many phone calls concerning my yearly follow-up exams. Technician @ Birmingham said I might have cataracts, Dr. said I didn't. Following year went to a private Ophthalmologist who also diagnosed cataracts. Tried to follow-up with Dallas Office where I had my original surgery, but could never get a call back. What happened to that Lifetime Guarantee? What happened to returning customer calls? Shame on y'all!
Terrible customer service. Every person had a completely different thing to say and it just seemed like I was running in circles. No help was given. 5 out of the 7 people I talked to were super rude and just didn’t care. I’ll take my business to lasik plus. Yes they are more expensive but I guess that’s worth the better customer service and help. I really am applauded on how I was treated. And what’s with the lies?? Just to get me thru the door.....

I had the mono vision done in Dec 2018 after wearing contacts and glasses since the 4th grade. I was completely amazed with the experience and staff at Lasik Vision and the only regret I have was not doing this sooner. Being able to wake up and see clearly every morning has been a blessing and I recommend doing lasik and this location to anyone.
have been considering Lasik for a long time. In January, I went to another local Lasik provider for a consultation. They gave me a quote, but It was going to be more expensive than I hoped. As I was considering whether or not to go through with it, I saw a promotion for the Lasik Vision Institute and decided to go for a consultation there as well, to compare. The consultation went well. The surgeon is fantastic but I woukdnt give 2 cents for the rest of the staff. I didn't like them or their treatment of me the 1st time but was willing to go back for another enhancement and referred my friend due to the awesome surgeon. But after several messages and phone calls and being told can't get a consult for over a month the only opportunity I would give them is an offer to hire my company for training a customer oriented staff.
