Dr. Budde is very nice! Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. My vision improved tremendously! I had my first Lasik procedure in Illinois but I needed an enhancement. Since then I have moved to Houston, Texas and I decided to visit this institute and try my enhancement it has now been three months since my procedure and I have 20/15 vision! I’m so happy I can see way BETTER than ever before!!! Highly recommend this location.
Follow up and follow through is excellent
Highly recommend this place. When I went in there I was terrified of how the experience was going to be. Thankfully the staff was very kind and professional. My child was even able to go and they gave my kid chips and water. Overall very satisfied.
The service I had at LVI was excellent. Everyone from Maddie (Who did my initial testing), Dr Tran & Patricia (in finance) were all very friendly and helpful. I went in for my initial exam one week and then had my surgery the next week. I never dreamed it would go so quickly and smoothly. I would recommend everyone to go. Dr Tran, thank you for the great care. Love my vision!
The staff is so friendly and professional. I had my surgery a week ago and am doing great! Anything I needed, the team was there for me.
The staff is caring & helpful though out the experience . If you want/need anything just ask & they will do their best to accommodate!
My surgery was a success. I'll admit that I was a little scared during the surgery, but everything step was explained to me in detail. Everyone was polite. I had a problem with my card and Patricia drove me to the ATM to fix my problem.and she brought me back.
