This is an updated review, we've been here for a little over a year now and we have to say we love it here! Cody, the manager is so welcoming and friendly and will quickly handle any issues that may arise. The new maintenance team, Martin & James are so great and friendly also, they are quick to fix things and keep our grounds and pool sparkling clean! The complex is very quiet and safe, we've never had any issues! We plan to stay here a long time! 🫶
I've had an outstanding experience living at Leighton Apartments, and a big reason for that is Cody, the community manager. From day one, Cody has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. Jamie and Cody are absolutely amazing! They consistently go above and beyond for the residents and truly care about the community. Anytime there’s a need, they’re on it fast and with a great attitude. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which makes living here that much better. Big thanks to both of them for making this place feel like home!
I’ve been here at the Leighton for 10 months and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I was introduced to the leighton because of Instagram, I called and was introduced to James, the property manager was off site but James went above and beyond to ensure that the process was expedited because I had recently relocated from Florida. After living here for over a year I would not recommend living here if your budget allows for another place even if slightly pricier. Management: Management is pretty good, they do try and respond when possible and have been helpful in getting most issues under control. Community: I never had any issues with the community. The noise levels are pretty quiet, most people kept to themselves. Buildings: This is the BIGGEST issue. These are old buildings built in the 1970s from what I can tell.
