Verified Renter The leasing office and maintenance staff is very helpful and always nice to work with. The location is convenient to downtown, really anywhere in Raleigh.

Verified Renter Overall pretty solid apartment if you get a leasing discount. Pros: - location to downtown - decent studio apartments although my unit specifically has extremely loud appliances - decent maintenance - grills pool lounge - free coffee Cons: - Seems like there’s always an issue whether that’s the parking garage gates not working constantly or one of two elevators not working, causing major inconveniences - Would not recommend walking around the area at night if you’re a woman

The Best In The Game Daniella is the type of Leasing Consultant who will respond three business days before you even know what your question is. She is always on her A+ game. We assumed that she was an outlier, but wow, the entire staff at The Lincoln has been phenomenal. Happy Resident I lived at the Lincoln for several years and it's been the BEST experience! My neighbors are lovely and the people here are so welcoming! The office staff which is Meagan, Daniella and Lani have been super helpful when it comes to anything I need. The Amenities are wonderful and I enjoy all the resident events each month! They love my fur baby everytime I come in the office, there's always treats when you enter the building. I plan on staying here until I purchase a home in the future. -xoxo

A True Downtown Gem! The Lincoln has been amazing! From the awesome staff, ideal location downtown, amazing amenities and reasonable pricing. What more can you ask for? Not to mention how much love is given to my furbaby! I truly love the sense of community and proud to call The Lincoln my home.
