RecommendedI’ve had a really good experience here at the Marquis since I’ve moved in two months ago. Chelsea has been super helpful since move in and getting things fixed or finished in a timely manner. The Maintence team is also super responsive and has fixed everything within 48 hours! The gym facility is super nice and updated and they also have tanning- with stand up tanning beds, you can’t beat that!

RecommendedMarquis is overall really great! The location is just about perfect, and the complex itself has a bunch of really nice amenities. The leasing and maintanence staff are always responsive and helpful; Chelsea always takes care of anything that comes up! The 2BR floorplan is plenty spacious and has a great layout. However, the kitchen/bathrooms could be renovated/brought up to date with some newer appliances.
The gym is really nice. The pool is also very good.

RecommendedThe Marquis at Parkway is an awesome place to call home! It's location to downtown Denver, Colorado is the best! It's a short ten minute walk to the downtown core! With a light rail station four blocks away, a walking trail five minutes away and an awesome staff in the leasing office there to help no wonder my rating is the best of the best, five out of five stars!
