Chelsea Leith was my dedicated leasing rep for my second term and she has been outstanding with her help, going above and beyond even when she doesn’t need too. Ive had quite a few tickets and package deliveries and she has been extremely helpful in the process. She even took her time to find me the right apartment to fit within my dates and budget which we changed several times. She is just fabulous to work with. Thanks Chelsea !!!!!!
I love living here!! Chelsea makes everything that we ask or need easier. I would like to thank her so much 5/5 she's amazing:) and always makes us feel home!! The apartments are nice and The view from our balcony is so beautiful. The amenities offered here are cool! Just the heater system of the apartments and on-site parking are unsatisfactory, but I definitely recommend Marquis at the Parkway to anyone!

Taylor Leah Melissa Carly and Elizabeth are incredible people! The best deal in all of Downtown Denver! Keeps you Downtown but still with a gym hitting dog park and pool! Perfection!
