RecommendedMy roommate and I toured 4 other complexes before looking at the Parkway. As soon as we walked in both of us were blown away by everything they have to offer. Wont find a better value for the location and amenities (gym, pool, hot tub, theater). Absolutely put everywhere else we looked to shame. All of this in addition to a very friendly and helpful staff and you really couldn't ask much more from an apartment.
The Marquis has a great atmosphere and community vibe. Living here is great.
RecommendedThe Marquis has the nicest staff. Ashland just helped me out tremendously! I was in a rush to get to the mountains for the weekend and locked out of my building. She was took time out of her busy schedule to help me out. I will never forget Ashland!

RecommendedI've been living at the Parkway for over two years. I've lived in two apartments, once with a roommate. The apartment is good but could use better storage space. Maintenence is great though some are better at their job than others. The buildings & apartments have been updated since I first moved in. It's a long, slow process but the improvements are worth it.
