This place is absolutely disgusting.I have lived in one of their properties for over a year now, and I still have maintenance issues that are about that old that still have not been addressed. I can never seem to get ahold of anyone in the office. My apartment complex is gross and cluttered with drug paraphernalia and trash. I asked to be moved into a bigger unit since I'm in the smallest one and pay more than anyone living here. They stated that they had to "remodel" and didn't have any units open. The management here is absolutely awful. It would be nice to ever have anyone answer the office phone, return an email, or even be in the office during the hours they claim to be “open”. Since I’ve moved in about 5 months ago I’ve had maintenance come into my apartment to fix major problems at least 10 plus times. The amenities that we pay for aren’t even open, the elevators are NEVER working, and it’s dirty everywhere in the lobby area. I can’t express enough how terrible this place has been. This place is the single most distrusting place I have ever lived. - Dust covers the hallways which also happen to have no ventilation and are usually around 100 degrees in the summer. - The shared laundry rooms can easily double as dry saunas. - Rooftop patios are falling apart, chipped cement and broken handrails covered in feces from residence allowing their dogs to defecate on them. - The outdated heat pump systems used in the units for heating and cooling are almost always broken and never adequate for cooling. ... read more

Terrible management company. My ceiling has been collapsing for 2 weeks and has rendered my kitchen useless for the past week. The only response I get from Maintenance is an automated message saying repair has been postponed an additional 3 days each time I email. Calling the front desk yielded no results, as I have yet to see my ceiling get fixed. Frustrating that they can’t give me an update or follow up call on fixing my air conditioner not on providing a portable air unit in the meantime due to no longer working with the manufacturer. Been to the office twice and they ask you to “bear” with them but no follow up or anything. Second time around they’re all of a sudden booked with appointments and they can’t “chat” about my issue. Not worth the money! At least one washer and dryer has been broken since I moved in here THREE months ago, even though they said the signs said they were “doing repairs”. I pay extra every month to park inside where I thought my car would be protected from the elements, but as soon as the weather got cold the pipes started bursting and ceiling tiles started falling down. The management company CWS does not manage this place very well. The individual people at the front desk have different views on what is allowed at the pool and what is not. Specifically glassware. The pool gets shut down more than it should due to glass breakage and I got 2 different messages speaking with 2 different individuals. One said it was okay, while the other said it is not. Terrible. Pool always dirty or closed (closed for an entire summer 2016). Hot-tub always cold (took them 4 years to update the filter/heater). Elevators are broken at least once per week (I had to take the stairs 4 times within 3 weeks after hip surgery. I called for an emergency crew to come out but “they have none”- not ADA compliant).
