Verified Renter Nick is the best! Responsive, Knowledgeable, Courtesy and Professional. An Asset to the community! Have had a couple of maintenance issues and Nick has always responded quickly to take care of the problem.

Wonderful Apartment I lived at the Linden for a year, and I loved it here! Everyone is super nice, and the building is well maintained. Whenever I had an issue with my apartment, work orders were always promptly responded to and fixed. The location is great too, and it seems to be growing in popularity.

Verified Renter The Linden is a newer apartment complex in Davidson. It is conveniently located (next to a grocery store, gas station, highway, college etc.). Units are spacious, quiet, and have faux hardwood floors. The neighbours are friendly and amenities include a gym, pool, and common area filled with books and coffee. Would recommend.

Verified Renter The Linden is in a great location for being able to walk to the grocery store, get your car repaired, have a meal or a glass of wine, buy some chocolate or a gift, rent a movie, take a walk, or hop onto 77. Almost all the retail spaces in this block are now filled, but it is still a relatively peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
