Nathan was fantastic getting my loan going and approved in a very short time. There were other people involved who were dragging their feet and Nathan kept on them till it got done. Everything was explained very well, and they will stay in touch until EVERYTHING is done several months down the road.
Nathan his Wife and their team did an outstanding Job. Nathan is really straightforward and Honest. He answered all the questions that i had. My Tax situation was all mixed up and difficult to sort out but they cleared things up. They went out of their way to pull this through and close on time. I am so grateful choosing him. Our lender was simply outstanding. He was extremely communicative and knowledgeable; he helped us with every aspect of the process and was highly responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The loan process went off without a hitch, in no small part due to his high level of competence and professionalism. I would highly recommend him.

Unsatisfied with the offer from the lender we started with, we began working with Nathan and his team upon a family referral with a little under 4 weeks left until the closing date. Nathan and his team took on the challenge and successfully guided us to closing, tactfully handling all the twists and turns associated with the mortgage application process.
