I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it for people who are looking to be close to grocery entertainment and shopping. Someone who enjoys outdoors and likes a modern looking apartment. Would not recommend because of the noise with pet owners. Dogs bark at night consistently, there have also been a few incidents with dog poop on the stairs of the building im in and outside at the entrance of the building.

The amenities are... (Verified Renter) The amenities are great, and the apartment was so clean when we moved it. The storage is ample, and when we had an issue with the garbage disposal it was fixed in 2hours.
