I have lived here for the past 6 months. The office and maintenance team are great. Location is close to work and easy access to everything. My girlfriend and I walk the trails with our dog.
The staff is very helpful - no they are not perfect, but when there is a problem or miscommunication they are fast to adapt and always pleasant to work with. While the units are pricy, the location, quality, amenities, and staff make it a good value. My only complaint is a result of the few ruining it for the rest: some people have a tough time using the community garbage properly, and as a result there is trash either strewn about or overflowing. A snarky resident initiated flyer is soon to come...
We just moved in here from out of State. The leasing agents were very helpful in setting up the process and made it very easy from a long distance, it actually looked like the pictures I was shown which was important since we rented it site unseen and were pleasantly suprised. The apartment is beautiful, the area is gorgeous, everything is right here closeby.
