We LOVE our new loft home! It is everything we wanted and dreamed of. We are ready for a change and the Security building is definitely worth it. Michael is so patient with us and Larry is just as kind. The lovely attendants, Sahana and Josephine, are courteous, professional, and very helpful. Thank you for all you have done and all you do!
The Lofts are my first place and hopefully the last place since my move to L.A. Larry, Sara, Josephine, and all the other staff are wonderful and kind. I appreciate them going above and beyond to make my living experience here great. My place is slowly become a home and with people like them it makes it easier. Keep up the good work.
I absolutely love Management. They're the main reason I stay here. Zee is the property manager and I adore her on a friend level lol! She's more than just our property manager I talk a lot and she listens to me all the time. When I ask for things that I need, she's always more than happy to take care of it for me. I was on my way to a appointment to look at a apartment in dwtn area and couldn't find it, as I was walking around I came accross a huge building called The Loft at the Security Building. I called and spoke with Larry, he asked me my price range, he then made an appointment too view the available units. I’ve been at the Lofts building for the past 18yrs. I love the whole leasing staff Zee Swenson,Michael Crate,Mike McKenna,Larry Aguilar,Sara Shahana and the maintenance and concierge staffs Rob,Vince,Frank,Josephine,Rehab and the security team they’re very professional courteous and nice.
