DO NOT LIVE HERE! They have uninhabitable aptarments! My apartment has a flea, bed bug and little centipede plague! Also there is mold on the AC room and it's already in my roommate's closet. We request maintenance but they never come and take care of that!

Do NOT live here! The apartments, hallways, pool area, and staircases are filthy. There is always dog poop in the hallways along with so much garbage that piles up on the stairs. On move-in day, we found the apartment a complete disaster! We asked for someone to come clean it and they never sent anyone (although they claimed they did), so we had to completely deep clean the apartment ourselves... on the FIRST day we got here! Hi Stephanie, I understand your frustration and it sounds like your move in experience was not a good one. I did want to address the other comments regarding the trash, hallways, dog feces and elevators. Yes, there were issues with these items but we do not have these same issues anymore. We have a maintenance staff that is onsite 6 days a week to clean up trash and dog feces. Well where do I start... I live on the fourth floor and on move in day I was forced to use the stairs to move in because the elevator was broken what a great start. I asked for help or Dolly's they told me no and no. A while after school began my ac was broken for weeks and I had to use a portable ac unit which leaked everywhere. When I finally got the air fixed they left the unit in my apartment for another week ! Management is not where it needs to be. They are so quick to hand out fees when you owe them money, but never have any answers when you ask for help. I have had people try to break into my car, and when I asked if there were any cameras, all they said was "we're working on it". That was also like a week after someone else had their car windows broken and had their stuff stolen. In the handbook it says residents will be given a 24 hr notice before anyone enters our apartment. Well every time maintenance comes I am heading to ... read more

I will never live here again. The management is so poor. On the website it says the office closes at 7 Monday through Friday and then I go to the office to get some assistance around 6 and they are closed. They aren't helpful at all. Maintence was supposed to come and fix my broken dryer for weeks now. At some point my AC broke, there are huge cracks in the wall, and water damage. I don't recommend anyone living here, we are in college we shouldn't have to be worrying about things that are supposed to be already taken care o... read more

Hi Makaela, Maintenance went in today as we were just called yesterday about the dryer not working. We fixed the dryer, and the air conditioning worked fine. Also, we saw no evidence of cracks in the wall or water damage. In looking back at work orders, 1 see one was called in back in August for the dryer, and we fixed it at that time. Maintenance also was requested for the air conditioning in October, and it was fixed at that time as well. In the summer when my daughter signed her lease, we were told she would get her gift card in September, it's December and nothing, all we are told is that they haven't arrived! False advertising at it's finest, wow!
